Refund policy

ANY items(s) purchased that you don't love may be exchanged or returned, EXCLUDING Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.

If you need to exchange or return unworn, undamaged goods, please email info@txmademe.com and you will be contacted within 24 hours.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Within 30 Days of Purchase*:
The 30 day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

You can check to see if your return has been processed by logging into your email. Details will sent to your email on file when purchased.
